My point, beautiful people out there, is that my goal would be to get Slaughterhouse played while we’re here and to get Slaughterhouse played, when we’re NOT here. Although, I do know that there are many, many many a politics involved in this industry and to any body out there who’s listening - I’m sure there are people who are just as passionate as we [Slaughterhouse] are about the hip hop culture. If you are passionate, if you’ve ever fought for anything in life, if you’ve been a rebel, if you’ve ever beat ANY odds in life - and we say this every night at the show - that I don’t see why any radio station out there or any DJ that calls themselves a ‘DJ’ - and I’m not talking about anybody in particular - I’m talking to any DJ who’s not supporting this particular movement here : It’s gonna move, regardless, homeboy. Know that! It’s been moving for about over 10 years through all the politics and the red tape! The fact that we’re still here today gives me the right to say ‘Dawgs, while we’re here and while we’re not here - and by ‘here’, I don’t mean ‘here’ in particular, but as in ‘here’, on this Earth - Slaughterhouse should be supported. Because Slaughterhouse is real and hip hop is real … And if it’s not real - anybody out there who’s listening would like it go back to being real, like it used to - you should support this group.
